Q - How long will it take to groom my dog?
A - This will depend on the condition of the dog’s coat and their behaviour. Coats in a poor condition, or dogs who are reluctant to be groomed, may take considerably longer than expected. Usually, grooming takes between 1/2 hour to 1 hour depending on the breed and size of the dog.
Q - Will my dog be muzzled?
A - Most dogs will not need to be muzzled. Muzzles will only be used where the dog displays aggressive behaviour that poses a threat to the safety of either the dog or the groomer.
If the dog becomes distressed whilst wearing the muzzle it will be removed.
Q - Will I be able to stay with my dog?
A - Yes
Q - Will you cut my dog’s nails without carrying out a Full Groom?
A - Yes
Q - Will I have to cancel my appointment if I discover my dog has fleas?
A - Grooming can still take place, unless the dog is clearly in too much discomfort or distress.
Q - Do you groom other animals?
A - I do not groom any other animal.
