- To ensure the health and well-being of your dog is our main concern, and all the dogs will receive the highest level of personal care and attention.
- All equipment is sterilised before and after use to prevent cross contamination.
- Secure dogs comfortably whilst being groomed.
- Offer a friendly professional service at all times.

Owners will be asked to:-

- Ensure their dog’s coat does not become too matted by booking regular appointments. Badly matted coats can be both uncomfortable and distressing for dogs, and can complicate grooming procedures.
- Ensure their dog is fit and well before grooming, I reserve the right to postpone the session if the dog is clearly unwell on arrival
- Toilet their dog prior to the grooming session
- Inform us if their dog is likely to display any type of aggressive behaviour during grooming, if necessary the dog will be muzzled. If the dog poses a threat to the groomer at any time the dog will be returned to the owner immediately.
- Ensure the dog is free from fleas. I reserve the right to postpone the grooming of any dog found to have fleas, as this may be hazardous to other dogs.
- The welfare of the dog is a top priority and every effort will be made to reduce any distress displayed during grooming.
- Any nervous dog that becomes increasingly unsettled may be returned to the owner un-groomed.
- Advice will be offered on future grooming.
